• Go to https://www.paymentservicenetwork.com/login.asp?acc=rt18627 and click on "REGISTER" and follow the online prompts. After you register, future payments are an easy 3-step process.

To pay APPLICATION FEES by checking/savings, a FREE service:

• Go to https://www.paymentservicenetwork.com/payeeid.asp?acc=rt18634 and follow online prompts or call 877-390-7368. Your first call should be between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. You will speak with a PSN customer representative who will register you and take your first payment.
• Once registered, any future calls are easy automated phone payments (24/7).

To pay RENT by credit/debit card, available online only:

• Go to https://www.paymentservicenetwork.com/login.asp?acc=rt18627, follow the directions above. PSN will add a $38.50 fee to credit and debit card payments to cover the cost of credit card processing fees.

To pay APPLICATION FEES by credit/debit card, available online only:

• Go to https://www.paymentservicenetwork.com/payeeid.asp?acc=rt18634, follow the directions above. PSN will add a $12.10 fee to credit and debit card payments to cover the cost of credit card processing fees.
